Corporate Buffets
Many of our clients order corporate buffets for their guests, trainees, delegates and apprentices on a regular basis and it is often the same people eating the food daily. As a result, we have developed a weekly running buffet menu to ensure a variety of flavours and foods. Where possible we will substitute items on the menus or change the day totally. Unfortunately, this is not always possible for small numbers as most of the items are freshly made every morning. We also have our regular buffet menus to choose from and these can be mixed and matched to create your perfect lunch. We regularly update our menus to ensure that they are always fresh, interesting and delicious.

All served with a selection of sandwiches and wraps, French stick or continental rolls and home-made mini cakes or fresh fruit kebabs.
We can also supply any of these menus individually packed into ecologically friendly picnic boxes.
MONDAY
Chicken fillet goujons with a sweet chilli dip

Duck in filo pastry cups with plum sauce and spring onion

Feta, marjoram and sundried tomato muffins
WEDNESDAY
Chicken and chorizo kebabs
Mini Melton Mowbray pork pies with onion chutney and mature cheese
Mini pancetta and gruyere quiche
Vegetarian spring rolls with a sweet chilli dip
Mozzarella, sundried tomato and olive picks with a balsamic dressing
THURSDAY
BBQ chicken kebabs
Honey and wholegrain mustard chipolatas
Hoi sin duck spring rolls
Mature cheddar cheese scones with cream cheese and bacon jam
A selection of vegetarian mini tartlets
FRIDAY
Lemon and ginger chicken kebabs
Lincolnshire sausage rolls
Mini salmon and dill quiche
Chorizo vegetarian sausage rolls
Filo baskets with feta cheese, pesto and tomato salsa
